The Conservation Collier Land Acquisition Advisory Committee was established by the Board of County Commissioners in 2003 to create an Active Acquisition List with qualified purchase recommendations consistent with the goals of the Conservation Collier Program.

Nine (9) members are appointed, comprising a broad and balanced representation of the interests of Collier County citizens. Members serve in the following categories:

  • Environmental and Conservation Interests
  • Agricultural and Business Interests
  • Educational Interests
  • General Civic and Citizen Interests
  • Terms of Office are three (3) Years
